Our newly renovated, spacious manor house offers plenty of space and is ideal for a large family or group and offers 10 beds.
On the upper floor there are five lovingly furnished bedrooms with comfortable beds measuring 1.80x2.00m, including box spring beds. Two bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV. Enjoy the beautiful views of the large garden.
The house has a total of three fully equipped bathrooms. Two of them are on the upper floor. In the "large bathroom" a free-standing bathtub and a spacious rainforest shower invite you to relax and feel good. The two "small bathrooms", one on the upper floor and one on the ground floor, have a shower, toilet and sink.
On the ground floor there is:
- a spacious entrance area,
- a large comfortable living room with an [85] inch flat screen TV, internet access and a large fireplace,
- A spacious, fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances, a wine fridge and a fully automatic coffee machine invites you to cook or have a cozy chat with a smaller group. The separate dining room can accommodate up to 12 people. Both the kitchen and the dining room have access to the beautiful terrace, which is also suitable for up to 12 people and is equipped with a large Weber gas grill. From the terrace you can also access the garden directly.

A Miele washing machine and dryer are available in a separate laundry room.
The manor house has underfloor heating in the entrance area and kitchen, small bathroom downstairs, living room, hallway upstairs and in the large bathroom.

The holiday apartment "Schmiede above" is accessible from the outside via a staircase and is suitable for four people (ideal for two couples or a family with older children).
The other room has a simple double bed (1.40m x 2.00m) under the roof, which can also be reached via a staircase. In the lower area there is also a seating area with a pull-out sofa bed and television. The sofa beds allow up to a maximum of 4 additional sleeping spaces upon request.
The forge has an open kitchen with dining area, two rooms each as a living room and bedroom combination and a large bathroom.
One of the two rooms has a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00m) and a cozy seating area that invites you to read and relax under the roof. This can be reached via a staircase.
The other room has a simple double bed (1.40m x 2.00m) under the roof, which can also be reached via a staircase. In the lower area there is also a seating area with a pull-out sofa bed and television. The sofa beds allow up to a maximum of 4 additional sleeping spaces upon request.
The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, toaster and kitchenware)

Renovation work is currently t aking place in the lower forge. Look forward to a new kitchen and a new larger bathroom. The children's room also gains more space. New pictures are coming soon.
The holiday apartment "Schmiede unter" is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the terrace.
It is ideal for families with 2-3 children, or alternatively 3-4 adults.
The lower forge has an entrance kitchen, a spacious living room with a dining area and two bedrooms.
The bright and friendly kitchen is located in the entrance area and is fully equipped (stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, toaster and kitchenware). From here you come directly to the beautiful terrace. The kitchen leads to the spacious living room with dining area. There is a stove here, which ensures a warm and cozy atmosphere even in cold weather. One bedroom has a 1.80m x 2.00m double bed with access to the garden. The other room (children's room) has a bunk bed, which is one downstairs
It has a 1.40m x 2.00m mattress and a 0.9m x 2.00m mattress on top and offers up to three additional sleeping spaces. The bathroom is small but nice.

Our small one-room apartment is accessible via the spacious terrace and is ideal for 1-2 people.
The apartment is an independent extension of the mansion and
has a pantry kitchen with seating, as well as a bedroom/living room with a double bed (1.80x2m), bathroom and a large terrace with a Weber gas grill.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, toaster and kitchenware/cookware.
Rental prices per night:

Generally
All holiday apartments are surrounded by a large garden and park that invites you to relax, play and grill (each apartment has its own grill).
There are fields, forests and meadows as far as the eye can see.
In the common room there is a washing machine, a table tennis table and a table football table available for all guests. Each holiday apartment has its own barbecue.
Bed linen and towels can be optionally booked on request for €20 per person.
No animals are allowed in all four holiday apartments.
The beach can be reached in a few minutes by car. There are shopping opportunities in Vogelsang-Grünholz, approx. 4km away. The next larger towns are Eckernförde, Damp and Kappeln.
The following applies to each holiday apartment:
- Peak season:
June 22, 2024 to September 7, 2024 (the minimum stay in the high season is 7 nights and the arrival and departure days are Saturdays) as well
Christmas/New Year (December 23, 2023/December 23, 2024 to January 1, 2024/January 1, 2025:The minimum stay here is 3 nights and - Easter (23.03.2024-06.04.2024):
Here the minimum stay is 5 nights and the arrival and departure days are flexible
